Published earlier this year in Collection Surréalisme années 2020, Jean-Michel Place, éditeur, this book, under the direction of Jean Khalfa, ed. deciphers the complexity of Lam’s protean engraved work. It explains the process behind his artist’s books, created in collaboration with the greatest poets of his time, to cast light on the singularity and liveliness of Lam’s production.
